Our facility is fully equipped with treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, free weights, a weight station, exercise balls and medicine balls. Amenities include LCD TV screens, towels and locker rooms. The services of a personal trainer are also available, upon prior request, to assist you in devising your training routine and achieve your personal goals.
