QUEBEC-BELGIUM GASTRONOMY ALLIANCE

We’re delighted to announce, for the 11th time, the participation of the two restaurants of the Place d'Armes Hôtel & Suites in the Bonnes Tables du Festival, within the 13th edition of the Montréal en Lumière Festival (FML), running from February 16th to February 26th 2012.

Each year, a region from around the world is put in the spotlight in order to allow Montreal’s best chefs to meet up with their colleagues abroad. For its 2012 edition, the festival will focus on Brussels and Wallonia due their neighbourly qualities and the warmth of their hospitality, features that they share with Montreal, along with their complementary qualities when it comes to gastronomy and know-how. The duos of chefs will compose menus offering perfect wine pairings that reflect the fusion of their respective culinary cultures. The vineyards in Seattle, Washington, will be highlighted. Whether you are a seasoned gourmand or a foodie in training, let your senses be taken in by this unique and exclusive experience during the festival.
